Welcome to my yoga world! My name is Tanya, and I am a double certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellbeing. With years of experience teaching in person classes, international yoga retreats, and individual private classes, I have honed my skills in creating tailored and accessible yoga classes that meet all schedules and needs. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, my classes are designed to be fun, stress-free, and relaxing, while also providing an energetic and invigorating workout for both your body and mind.

In addition to my yoga expertise, I am also a certified sound healer, utilizing different sound modalities to help realign your body's energy and promote a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I believe in the power of combining the exercise of yoga with sound healing to help bring your body to its healthiest form.

My classes are inclusive and designed for "all bodies," meaning that regardless of your physical ability or experience level, you are welcome to join and feel confident in your practice.
